We outfit our malleable iron nipple product-line with the DISA from Denmark,DJ AMF form Japan and the automatic production line from Sinto to guarantee the product quality.
The quality of material is measured by the spectral analysis of Oxford Instruments.
The producer try to improve the function of the material , control the annealing process, strictly , adopting the high heat value nature gas annealing furnace.
To prevent the leakage,each nipple has passed air-sealed test.
The reason why they use the wire pipe fitting ring gauge to test is to control the thread, parallelism, Angle, tooth type strictly .
The outlet size of pipe fitting is from 1/8’’~6”.
The life of the products is very long because the characteristic of the products is toughness.
Because of no sand hole,the surface of galvanized pipe nipples is smooth.
