1. Strictly control the purchase of raw materials, 100% inspection of the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materials;
2. Blanking material in strict accordance with the standard or drawing check, check mark is complete right. No marking materials shall not be used;
3. After first Pipe Nipple processing thread, using qualified measuring tool measuring the size of the thread, to ensure that conform to the requirements of the standard or drawing for mass production;
4. Can NPT, BSPT thread machining, the surface can be rolling sand or blasting;
5. Pipe Nipple surface is smooth, without scale. Scratches depth < 5% wall thick, must not have more than 0.5 mm scar, fold, cut, dissection defect. Depth of more than 10% of nominal wall thickness 1.5 mm or greater than mechanical scratches and pits shall be removed.
